Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the AI Rumpelstiltskin dance video generator.

Last updated: 2026-10-01

Acceptance

By accessing or using AI Rumpelstiltskin ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

AI Rumpelstiltskin turns photos you upload into short AI-generated dance videos ("Videos") modeled on the viral Rumpelstiltskin tiptoe dance. Videos are generated by third-party AI models and may vary in quality; results are not guaranteed to match any example.

Credits and Payments

  • Videos are paid with credits. Credit packages are one-time purchases starting at $9.99 USD; unused credits never expire.
  • Credits are consumed only when you start a generation. If a generation fails, the credits are automatically returned.
  • Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel renewal at any time and keep unused credits.

Acceptable Use

You agree that you will NOT:

  • Upload photos of people (or pets) without their consent, or photos of minors in any context, or of public figures without permission.
  • Create content that is sexual, harassing, hateful, violent, or otherwise abusive.
  • Use the Service to impersonate anyone or to mislead viewers about real events.
  • Resell the Service or scrape it programmatically without written permission.

Every Video is AI-generated. When sharing a Video publicly, you agree to label it as AI-generated in accordance with platform rules.

Ownership

You retain rights to the photos you upload. You may use, share, and post the Videos you generate, subject to these terms. We may use aggregated, non-identifying usage data to improve the Service. We display example Videos on the site only with the creator's permission.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund unused purchased credits.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date.
