Refund Policy

Credits Are Returned Automatically

If a video generation fails, the credits spent on that generation are returned to your account automatically — you do not need to contact us.

Packs Are One-Time

Every credit pack is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions and no recurring charges. Unused credits never expire.

Refund Eligibility

Because every video render consumes real AI compute, credit purchases are generally non-refundable once a generation has started. We will consider refunds when:

• You were charged in error (e.g. duplicate payment).
• A paid generation failed and credits were not returned automatically.
• Your account was terminated by us without cause.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge, from the email address on the account, to support@airumpelstiltskin.io.

One-Time Packs

All packs are single payments; there are no renewals to cancel. If you were charged twice for the same pack (duplicate payment), that qualifies for a refund under the rules above.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
